LEXINGTON, Ky. (KT) - A man accused of burglarizing a series of Taco Bell Restaurants in three states, including Kentucky, has been arrested in Columbus, Ohio.
Lexington police say officers in Ohio’s capital city arrested Joshua Logue, 29, a former Taco Bell employee, and suspect he broke into more than three dozen Taco Bells in Kentucky, Ohio and West Virginia.
Five of Logue’s alleged burglaries occurred in Lexington, all of them during the early morning hours of Aug. 6.
According to Lexington police, video evidence showed the suspect was wearing the same clothing and driving the same car during the various burglaries.
Authorities in Columbus developed Logue as a suspect and were able to recover evidence linking him to the crimes.
Warrants for multiple counts of burglary third-degree and criminal mischief related to the Lexington cases are now active for Logue. He is currently housed in the Franklin County (Ohio) Corrections Center.
